A 10 minute dark comedy by Nadja Leonhard-Hooper. Phoebe takes her dog (Harper) to the park and has an unpleasant run-in with another dog (Pretty Boy) and dog owner (Pretty Boy's Mom). She rants about the situation later to her boyfriend Alex, who is seemingly unbothered. The play is narrated throughout via an onstage narrator.
